Add Live Help Chat Software To Your Website And Greatly Improve Customer Experience

Without live help chat software you may be turning your customers away from your website, or at least losing a customer over a trivial little questions.

Imagine - It's 3:00 PM, you just finish up a project you are working on and you need to go pick up your kids in 15 minutes.

You think to yourself, 'I still have 15 minutes. I will jump on the internet and order that CD that my daughter wants for her birthday. Her birthday is in 7 days so I need to get it right away.'

You go to Google and do a search for your CD. You are given a few websites that have the CD. You click on the first result and are taken to a nice website that has the music CD you are looking for. This website does not show if the item is on stock. You need it to be in stock because you need it before your daughters birthday.

Knowing the stock status of the CD is the deciding factor as to whether or not you buy from this website or not.

You are faced with a few options.

Option # 1. Place the order and hope it is in stock and you get it in time.

Option #2. Email the website owner and ask them if it is in stock and will arrive in time. This option is a risk because it may take them a few days to respond, and with the time it takes for shipping, you may not be able to get it in time. Plus you need to get it ordered in fifteen minutes. You don't want to mess with it tomorrow anyway.

Option #3. Go to another website and find one that shows that it is in stock and ready to ship.

You guessed it! Going to another website is most likely the choice you would make. And you would have made this decision in under 30 seconds.

It happens all the time. If customers can't find out what they want in a timely manner, they will leave your website.

A simple solution would be to put a live person chat software on your website so you can answer any questions that your website visitors may have immediately.

Adding a live support chat software to your website will also greatly increase the confidence your customer has in you because they know that they can get in contact with you any time they need.

This confidence greatly increases your chances of having that same customer come back to your website and buy from
you again and again.

Let me break it down for you. People want results fast and with little effort. Humans in general are impatient. Your website needs to give them what they want and right away or people will move on to another website.

People have no special reason for buying from you versus buying from someone else. They are on your website with one thing in mind, "What's in it for me?".

Do your best to give them what they want and install the best live help chat software system on your website. Doing so will help you make more sales.

Here's some advice: Add Simple Web Chat to your website for your live help chat software. This service is designed for the small business, and is designed to be 100% mobile, so you don't have to be strapped to a computer, waiting for somebody to ask a question.
